By using the Wicket website (wicket.ws) or mobile application, you are deemed to have fully agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Wicket. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please refrain from using our services.

Wicket reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account in the following cases:
- For breach of terms and conditions
- If evidence of fraud or deception is found
- If KYC verification has not been completed
- Extended inactivity (more than 24 months)
- By court or government order
If an account is closed without valid cause, any legitimate balance will be refunded. However, if the closure is due to a violation of our terms, the bonus balance will be forfeited.
